Once hockey is started and teams are made players will receive game socks to keep.
Players / Team
Each team will have 8 - 11 players. The teams are split up first by age and then by skill: U9 Minor will be 2013 players and U9 Major will be 2012 players. Players at this age develop quickly and the skill level of teams will change throughout the season. No player team requests can be made for U9 teams, siblings will be kept together.
Each team is asked to sell Lacombe Minor Hockey Cash Raffle Tickets, tickets are $5 each and teams are asked to sell Approx 300 per team of 10 players. Once a team has sold all their tickets they are given money to cover about one tournament.
Team Slush funds to cover tournaments and team events are normally $100-150 per player and are due to the team once teams are made in October.
Registration Deadline is September 15th (but registrations may be accepted throughout the season as long as there is room on the rosters)
Online registrations will open on May 1st, 2020. Due to Covid 19 restrictions the LMHA 2020 Annual General meeting will be held at a later date when it is safe to do so.
The LMHA Executive has established a Handbook. The handbook, refund policy, evaluation process and other policies can be accessed by clicking HERE.
