Sanction and Travel Permits

Sanction Permits are required for all home exihibition games, any games scheduled by your league do not require you to obtain this.  

 

The following information is required when applying for a Exhibition Game Sanction Number:

 

Name

Email Address

Phone Number

Team Name, Tier and HCR Number

Opponent with HCR Number

Opponent Contact Name and Email Address

Game Date, Time and Location

 

 

The following information is required when applying for a Travel Permit:

 

Name

Email Address

Contact Phone Number

Full Team Name with Sponsor and ID Number (Located on Team HCR)

Division

Sanction Number (Obtained from Opponents or Tournament)

Number of Games

Where the team is Travelling to

Departure Date and Return Date

Acquisition of a travel permit is MANDATORY for any Lacombe Minor Hockey team that is scheduled to play either tournament games or out of province games. All exhibition games hosted by Lacombe or CAS need a sanction number.  If you attend an exhibition game the host team is reasponsible for the sanction and you do not require a travel permit. All games organized by the league (tiering round, regular season, and playoffs) do not require sanctions or travel permits.
