U15AA names Jason Towers as Head Coach for 2023-24 Season

First off, thank you to the Central Alberta Selects organization for the opportunity to be part of the leadership of this years U15AA group. I have been fortunate to spend the last 8 years in varying degrees with LMHA and CAS and am excited to share lessons learned with our group of athletes. Our goal as a coaching staff will not only be to develop our players to be the best they can be, both on and off the ice, but will also be for ourselves to develop as better coaches and leaders. Culture, work ethic and accountability will be the pillars of our season and we will work hard to meet each player on their level. A once size fits all approach will never allow an athlete to develop to their full potential. I look forward to meeting the athletes and families over the coming weeks to begin our journey for a season we can all be proud of.
