Power Skating! Starts Friday

Melissa Graham:

 

With a background in Canadian university hockey (U Sport) and a professional career in Europe, Marissa brings a wealth of knowledge and skill development expertise to LMHA. Trained in high performance power skating through Quantum Speed and is Hockey Canada HP1 trained, she currently serves as head coach for the Red Deer SutterFund U18AAA team. Marissa also owns MVMT Training and Performance, specializing in high-performance power skating, skill development, and off-ice training for both individual athletes and teams. 

 

 

And one for Cole Berreth:

Cole is a certified hockey skating coach with a passion for developing athletes’ skills and confidence. Based out of Lacombe, he has experience playing high-level hockey at the Junior ‘A’, collegiate, and professional levels. Cole focuses on creating engaging and positive learning environments tailored to each age group and is committed to bringing enthusiasm and expertise to every session.
